WOW that's really cool! What is this a picture of? It seems like it would be an animal, but I've never seen anything like this. Great shot!

Hi Harald: I've seen a bird like this before, but for the life of me, I can't think what it is? It's not a peacock - they are so showy in the tail! Whatever it is, you captured it wonderfully - great detail in the feathers and the 'crown' :-)
